The Mission of the Santa Clara Village Public Library is to emphasize early childhood learning and parent-child relationships by providing information and programs to begin and sustain a life time of learning for the youngest residents. A thoughtful selection of reading materials will give residents of every age, varying education and financial standing the opportunity to make life changes for themselves by keeping their personal options open throughout childhood and well into adulthood. These options include personal choices of behavior related to law-enforcement for young teenagers, commitment to the welfare of others, personal empowerment through introspection, self-education and self-improvement of life skills. The library will also offer opportunities of reading for the pure joy of joining in on an engaging story, an interesting period of history or the lives of famous people.
If you or someone you know is unable to come to the library, please call so that books can be delivered and returned for that person.
